Robocall solicitation from a Political Action Committee - "American Breast Cancer Coalition PAC".
This is not a 'charity' and is not rated on CharityNavigator - it is a political organization.
It appears to be a 501(c)(4) organization that can lobby, campaign and support candidates with 'dark money'.  While a 501(c)(4) is itself tax exempt - Donations to it are NOT tax deductible (like donations to a 501(c)(3) would be).
You may not know where and how your money gets spent.
Not a scam, but I would avoid unless you are comfortable donating to a PAC.

Usually I would let these calls go to the machine, but I was bored and had free time so I picked up.
The line was quiet, so I spoke "Hello?" with a dead pan tone.
The line stayed quiet for a couple more seconds and then a female voice introduced herself (with a less than memorable name) and asked how I was.
I replied in a slow monotone "I   am   fine."
After several seconds of silence, she came on again and started her spiel for the American Breast Cancer Coalition PAC and got so far as to say they were sending contribution envelopes to people in "your area" when the line went silent again.  A short time later I heard the fast-busy signal indicating that only my end of the line was connected; she had hung up on me.
Personally, I suspect that I was listening to a soundboard by scammers and this number was spoofed (that is assuming that it is even a valid number for the PAC, as I cannot find it listed on their site).
