It is from Chase

The automated message said to hit 1 if I was "Rachel -----" I hit 1, though I don't even know that person.  The man who answered asked if I was Rachel----.  I said that the person he mentioned was no one we knew, nor had she ever lived at our residence and would they please take our number off the list.  I told him our surname and he asked how I knew that was the name.  In total disbelief at his question, I said "because that IS my last name, so since the person you want does not live here REMOVE OUR NUMBER FROM YOUR LIST!"  He seemed thoroughly confused.  This is a collection agency.

Number called me three times in 10 minutes. Had two voice mails with only silence. When I Googled number, it seemed to come from a Straight Talk customer service line--I've never had an account with them. It also seems to have been used by Chase until a few years ago.

Speak nonsense

I sent a change of address to Tracfone.  This caller said she had the letter and she was with Shock Phone. (What is Shock Phone?  How is that Tracfone?)  She said since my zip code changed, I had to change my phone number!!!  I only changed mailing address to P.O. Box.  I told her I know that isn't true and didn't care for what she was doing and hung up.  An obvious SCAM!
