Robocall to our business from a spoofed number with a local area code saying "Hi, this is Ashley with Eastern Financial Partners. If your business is experiencing high daily or weekly payments... blah, blah blah". Finally ended with "Call us at 888-357-0093" This number doesn't appear to belong to any business, but there is a website for the company, and they specialize in restructuring debt. Looks like they started under the name Advance Me, and "rebranded" the company in 2023. Can't say whether they're legit or not, but we don't need what they're offering.

They're OUT OF CONTROL!!! Something needs to be done with those scammers!!

Doing something starts with the person who has something to complain about, so let us know what you have done towards that goal. I can only offer a tissue for those who won't do anything except cry about it.

I don't see that phone number on their site, but that doesn't mean much. These debt-consolidation companies often use many phone numbers. They said they could restructure my cash advances from merchant cash advance lenders. I don't have any loans from merchant cash advance lenders. I don't run a business. They identified themselves in the prerecorded call as "Eastern Financial." Of course, they're breaking the law by not revealing their full name, such as "Eastern Financial Partners" or "Eastern Financial LLC" or whatever it is. They don't give you their full legal name so it's harder to identify and sue them.

I receive calls daily from phone numbers in Cassopolis Michigan, which I have figured out are all this Eastern Financial scam. I’ve never done business with them, and don’t know anyone in Cassopolis. Everyday is a different phone number. The 2 that did leave voicemails were pre-recorded stating their names and they were from Eastern Financial. My number has been on the National Do Not Call registry for 14 years and companies don’t care. I’ve been reporting every single call through the Do Not Call website. Those reports are uploaded to a law enforcement database that investigates. I’m sure there are pockets of these scammers all over the US and it would be great if they could all be taken down.

Received call on 609-766-4158, didn't answer, and message left for a business funding scam requesting a call back to this number.
