Called said I was being serves

I got the same call.  They called and said they have been appointed to collect an unpaid loan I took out in 3/2011.  They said I have a choice to settle or go to court.  They had my name, address, the last 4 digits of my social security # and relatives phone numbers.  They were collecting this loan for Mac Development Group.  These are scammers as I never took out this loan.

I'd make them the same offer ... Settle or meet me in court as my FDCPA defendants.

I received a call from the number 888 357 0442.  The call was a robo call and stated that they wanted to serve papers to me.  I called the number back and who ever answered the phone scrambled around with the phone reciever and then I heard a beep beep ike an answering machine.  I Hung up immediately.  It is a scam!

Scammers, abusive harassment is all I've gotten. They'll them to shove their court documents up their [***]!
