    Voicemail from Danielle Russo from the account mediation and resolution department said she was following up on my pending file. Since I just closed on a house this month, my finances are in good order or I would never have qualified for the mortgage. Surprisingly she spoke perfect English and sounded as though she was calling from the U.S.

    What is so surprising about that?  There are (unfortunately) many domestic criminal operations making scam calls.
