Text: “I am fine, how are you?”

A call saying there is a complaint against me, and they are trying to serve documents on the case.  Issuing agent at the 888 number. First call was 903-294-0184

A VM left from a woman with Asian accent saying documents will be served to someone I use to know. And that they need me to sign a document that they will bring to my home or place of work.

I received a call from 928-212-5548, female stating documents are being served, I need contact some issuing agent.  they gave the 888-362-4862 call back number.

“Hi, this is Carlos and I'm calling to follow up with a complaint receiving our office for George rouse Four 412 Stop Stop for your action from being taken you will need to contact issuing agent immediately at 888 362-4862 Failure Failure to contact the department handling the file will give us no choice but to forward this matter to your local jurisdiction, thank you…”

This is the voicemail left from an Asian woman. “Hi my name is Celine I'm calling from national document services calling to follow up with a complaint we received in our office for freeman reference case number is 272462 again 272462 thank you so much and have a wonderful day”.. (brief pause) then click back in with the following.. “documents regarding your file are being prepared to be sent out you will need to available to sign for the delivery they show me agent will dispatch confirmation if they are unable to reach you at home they will attempt to reach you at your very friend place of employment in order to further their action from being taken you will need to contact a showing agent immediately at 888-362-4862 again 888-362-4862 this call has been loved and recorded a spoof of efforts being made to notify you…”

Scam

I recieved a call stating I owed 1707.00 dollars to a master card from First City Bank she stated my name and last four digits of my social security  # when I started asking questions she was getting more aggravated she told me they were going to hand deliver documents to my home if Noone was there to sign  they would come to my place of employment . I then asked what date this Mastercard from first city bank was taken out she told me I had too many questions. I then stated you are a scammed.  She replied we can't scam the poor. And hung up

"No, thank you. We're not going to talk with a stranger on the phone about legal issues! Just do the best you can to deliver whatever you want, and we'll take a look at it."
