They just called me too

Locked my browser and said they were google

they said i was looking at porn and other stuff witch i havent

Yeah it says I have 12 hours to contact this 888 number which says it's googles support number but when I searched up Google support it was not their phone number. It locked my browser and says it's bought 289$ worth of bitcoin which I don't even have so what do I do about this?

Probably a phishing attempt.  You didn't say if it was a call, text or email but here is the google support site for reporting phishing:

I resolved it all I did was just clear data completely off of samsung internet and everything went back to normal. Thank you
