Not sure if it is legit.

Received a call from this number 4 minutes ago saying it was First Medicare Direct. LM for me to call back. The audio was terrible like a bad speaker. Now that I see someone just received call from same number but different insurance name. Unsure if legit.

I also received a call January 30th from 888 378-5261 and told me to call about my insurance changes with CDPHP - Capital District Physician's Health Plan.

Received voicemail, said they were from Medigold and to call this number.  The missed call number was a local number, so the two did not match.

Left message. Said they were from UPMC

Robocall with terrible production values, barely intelligible. Something like "This is (unintelligible) on behalf of (clearly spliced-in name) Summacare Medicare. We're trying to reach (clearly spliced-in) (my name). We have important news about your benefits," etc., with the phone number.

Calls from cellphone number from NJ left message saying there from premium assist sounds shady

Received call from this number about 10 minutes ago claiming to be from Emblem Health. Left msg for me to call back for important information about my benefits. Very scratchy, hardly audible quality to the message. The callback number didn't match the caller ID. I thought it suspicious and did not return the call.

Scumbag scammer. Keeps calling my landline w/ spoofed different phone  #'s stating in behalf of  blue cross  from premium assist (last week it was affordable  health ) to call 888-378-5261. Yeah right i'm gonna call.But  interested how these low life bottom dwellers are going  to try & scam u. Fcc needs to get involved-but  probably from different  low life loser country. Scumbags !!

Have received several calls from this number (888-378-5261) but comes up as a local area code on caller ID. Suspicious message about health care benefits??

I can't say for sure about it being a scam but I can tell you that when I called the number back (they said they were calling on behalf of Health Plan Ins. which is what my sister has I called back from work because I take care of my sister and she is unable to handle things like that, they said they couldn't talk to me unless my sister was there to give the go ahead.  I tried to tell them that I was responsible for my sister and her MPOA and they still would not talk to me unless my sister was present and said it was okay.  So that makes it seem more legit but I just don't know after finding this site.

Horrible attempt at sounding legit. Scratchy back noises with spoofed in “Premium Health” services for WellCare health insurance. The “agent” requests private information which no one should be disclosing over the phone. This is a complete SCAM!!

Incoming number did not match the number VM said to call, though VM did have my actual name. I refused to return a call as the "caller" gave no specifics other than my correct name.

Same here only in 2021. July 2nd.

Called saying they were calling from Anthem Healthcare and had my adult disabled son's name. Not sure the legitamacy.

Phone ID showed Centurion Health.  (877 236 4471) Poor cut and paste audio Message left said it was Emblem Health and to call 888 378 5261.  I checked this number on this site was well.  All spammers.  By the way  Centurion Health provides health services to incarcerated (jailed) prisoners. A perfect location for the spammers.

I contacted my health insurance to see if they work with this company.  THEY DO NOT!!  My insurance company has a different number for the real premium assist  program.
This is a scam from different company.  DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION.  Call the number on the back of your health insurance card and find out the correct number for the real health insurance assistance program.

Just got a call from this number.  Said they were from Anthem.  and had important information regarding my benefits.  Bad audio.  Voice sounded crackly.  called number back.  said they were Premium Assist with Centurion??   i think this is a scam??
