Caller stated if I didn't call this number back that action would be taken and I could be arrested.
Caller called my employment, told my boss that they were going to come to my place of work and serve me papers and I could be arrested. They also told my boss that they went to my home twice that day and tried serving me papers but no one was there.

they called and said they was going to lock me up and read all my personal information

They said my son wrote a bad check and he needed to call the legal department at 888-381-0598.

Just called my mother said I wrote a bad check, Progressive Insurance only had them for 6 months in 2010 and paid them by card, not sure what they are talking about, has yet to return my phone call

THEY CALL ME SAYING THEY WERE GOING TO LOCK ME UP FOR FRAUDULENT CHECKS. THEY CALL FROM A PRIVATE NUMBER & WASN'T ABLE TO GIVE OUT AN ADDRESS.

They are Calling and saying that I'm writing back checks, this is ridiculous, I don't even write checks.
If this a  strategy they are using to get a debt paid off, they are going about it the wrong way.

I got a call from these people saying there was somebody in Fla. writing bad checks with my name (I live in Mi.).They wanted me call this number back with a extension #(508). Needless to saqy they never got a call back. Don't give these people the time of day.

DON'T PAY THEM-PROGRESSIVE.  They stated I had a payday loan in 2011 thru Bank of America.  First clue was I have had a checking account with my Credit Union for 3 years
 I spoke with Mrs Clark and told her that to call me at 3:00 to remind me where to send the money
 She called me  30 minutes later than again in 20 minutes after that.  Which wayyyyyyy before 3:00
I then called her @2:35 thru 5:05 (30 phone calls) and left 7 voice mails.  Each time recording came on stating "The person you are trying to contact is on the phone".  Bulls***.  FRAUD...FRAUD...FRAUD

Got a call from this number stating they are Advanced America and they needed to collect a debt. Anyone else getting a call from them??
