this company mail me a letter say that my vehicle factory warranty has expired or is about to expire. the want me to buy more covrage.

Scam, big time.  I received same letter.  Have extended warranty through my dealer, and still have 75,000 miles before that warranty expires.  The letter makes NO mention of my vehicle or VIN number.  They're just fishing for suckers, and the FTC is investigating them.  DO NOT give them any money, your dealer doesn't recognize this warranty, and you can't get your $ back

Just got a postcard in the mail saying the same thing as the others. This is a scam if there ever was one.

These goofballs continue to send these postcards for warranty coverage on my vehicle. Do they really think that we are that stupid? Everytime its a different phone number to call.

I reviewed a postcard for my 2013 chrylser 200 that I 've only has just over a month
They told me this warranty was non optional and I had to pay 195.00 down and 144.00 a month fix my transmission or motor if anything happened.  My a 100,00 miles 72 month warranty and I don't even have 600 miles on my car. I just got it in August. There is not WAYYYYY my warranty is about to run out. I was so upset I called my dealership to tell them if I had to pay for extra warranty only car they would have to come get it. He said it was a scam and I did not have to worry about them. I had all the warranty I was required to have on my car.

This is a HUGE scam, I work for a dealership in finance and just had one of my older customers come to me because this company is charging him for a extended warranty that he did not buy, he bought one from the dealership.  I tried to help him and when I called the phone number and spoke to "Carmen" I was told they would not speak to me even though he was sitting right here, would not talk to me on speaker phone or him on speaker phone, he needs to call from home and they will talk to him then.  I sent him right to his bank to report it as fraud because it is, this company is taking advantage of an elderly person and countless others.  WORD TO THE WIS, NEVER EVER buy a extended warranty over the phone, internet or otherwise, always buy from a reputable dealer if you decide to buy one.  And the BBB ranking, well of course you can pay money to get good rankings with the BBB so that in itself is a scam.

These callers from phone number 888-381-6879 said that they were from the vaguely named Motor Vehicle Services selling extended warranties. They didn't take the answer "No, thank you. I'm not interested" very well and went straight into badgering and bullying mode. Normally I just hang up but this time I wanted to complain about the high pressure condescending and insulting sales tactics. As most people, I see right through them, but I can see them being able to take advantage of the naïve or elderly, people for whom I have a soft spot.  I asked to speak with the caller's Supervisor to complain about hard condescending and rude sales tactics I knew were designed to target the weak. Unfortunately, the "Supervisor" was just a neighboring salesperson, equally as bad. I asked to speak with his Supervisor and he refused and also refused to give his name.  I said I wouldn't do business with anyone who spoke down to customers and his response was "you aren't a customer." Why I found myself trying to make a point to these salesmen who came across as wannabe frat boys, I don't know. I truly wanted to speak to a Supervisor that might have cared. My bad, of course, but anyone else, please know, these are scammers. Legit people with legit products don't behave this way.
