They called leaving a message for my buddy named Jeff that there was a court case filed against him and to call back but they called his brothers number somehow looking for him

Left a message with my mother concerning a "court case" with this number to contact a Tracy Gibson. Either "Zombie debt collectors" or a scam. Previous calls like this have been in regards to an alleged unpaid debt from 2004. Bankruptcy was filed in 2007.

They called me and said the same thing except stated no one was home to except the documents and they needed to be signed for they asked me to call them at the same number. I’m not calling!

Spam caller. Do not call back this number. They use fear as a manipulation tactic (court case against you; tried to send you papers; cannot reach you; urgent that you call them or there will be consequences). Do not fall for it. Block!

Left voicemail saying process  surver was trying to reach me but mail was returned to them and It would be in my best interest to call hennipen county atty.  tracy gibson at 888-381-7633.  In reference to (case number *****) just a bunch of crap.

They left a  saying the address they have on file is invalid and so the process server cannot reach me regarding a pending court case in Nevada

I was really scared about this... I did call the number, and I can see the scare tactics they use. My only concern is they DID have my social security number. Has anyone else had an issue with that?
