Received a call from this number,  no message left.

A foreign female left a message saying they were trying to set up an appointment. This is a collection agency. They will leave messages saying anything to try to trick you into calling them back. Blocked it.

They are not debt collectors. There is no such thing as "Harbin Clinic Collections".   It is indeed the Harbin Clinic in Rome, Georgia, and they only call patients.  Stop trying to bad mouth a perfectly good medical facility. They're not going to call you unless you owe the clinic or one of the doctors there.  Stop acting like an idiot.

Yes. It is Harbin Clinic.  They were calling to confirm that my payment online had been posted to my account because I didn't see the confirmation and sent them a message. I asked the nurse why the number was showing up as  'toll free call', and she had no clue.  I have sent a message to Harbin via my patient portal online and asked them to look into this because it's a dumb thing to do. Am waiting on a response. If I don't have one by Tuesday (5 days from now), well....that's okay, I have an appt on that day and will make a personal appearance at the business office!  LOLOLOLOL!!!!

Harbin Clinic Rome/Cartersville business office.  If they call you from this number, they are trying to collect on a debt you owe the clinic or doctors, not to confirm or set up an appointment.
