This is WELLS FARGO BANK. If you're in pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, or they're working with you on a loan modification they use a company called MCS to babysit and spy on your property. MCS hangs notices on your door that your locks will be changed and access to your home gained to secure the plumbing. They don't care if you're in the house or not. Just another form of punishment by lenders to harass and intimidate people that are down on their luck.

Don't be afraid to call your local police department to have the MCS Gorillas removed. They have no business or legal rights to be on your property as long as the deed is in your name.

Mortgage companies have an interest in the property, and when you become delinquent they have every right to check on the status of their asset, as well as protecting it.  You can call any attorney, cop, sheriff, mayor, governor, or even the President.  Default Field Inspectors are doing nothing illegal.
