Payday loan collection company auto dialer.

Received five to six calls on this date (8/11/2016) trying to locate an individual I have never heard of advised them of this. They advised they would remove my number from their system. Received calls after that. Robo calls

I keep getting calls for a person I do not know. Was told they were going to remove me off list over a year ago and STILL getting calls. I either answer of call them back and they keep telling me I am off the list. Received 2 calls 8/11/2016 and one call today (so far) 8/12/16. I am registered with the Do Not Call Registry. I block the numbers, but they have new ones come up.

I keep getting calls from a 406-206-2063 giving me a claim number and telling me to press 0 to speak to a representative or call them back at 888-389-1695. They call everday all day long! Very annoying!

Called saying I owed a payday loan from 2014 that I never took out. Keep calling me, my mother and sister. I did apply when I was in a bind but didn't want the 1000% interest so I declined to take it. They refused to take anyone off of the robocalls and refused to provide any backup for their claim.

I have received at least nine calls from 203-617-0573, beginning on 8/11/16, with a claim number. I was instructed to call 888-389-1695. I just spoke with a representative who did not identify the company. They are looking for someone with my name. They asked if I knew another BB. I was advised they would take my name off the list.

Call comes in with 415 area code..then asked to respond to outstanding claim by calling 888 389-1695. Numerous, daily calls are very intrusive and disruptive.

These scum bags were trying to get in contact with my mother and they started calling me. BIG mistake. They called under the number 415-329-0383 Corte Madera, CA and left the number 888-389-1695 to call back. I called back from my phone using the 415 number and it connects right to them, the 888 number does too, and they immediately asked for my mother, I ask what this is and they ignore me and ask if I am my mother. I press them to know what company it is and they say "Global Service" it's a Mediation Firm. When I refuse to confirm anything they hang up on me. I called again and another person told me that my mother had 3 cases attached to her name and social security number. They only ever give the last 4 digits of social and they know my mother's full address (scary) they also know who she worked for (double scary). I decided to call back and pretend to be my mother with the number that the man gave me 888-240-0050 which also connects to them. They forcefully want you to confirm that the last 4 of your social is yours and if you don't confirm it with them they get really angry. I argued that I would not confirm anything and that they had to tell me exactly WHAT it is about. Which they refuse stating they HAVE to make sure they have the right person for "privacy and protection laws" which is complete BULL. When you call them out on their bull they get really angry and eventually hang up on you. They like to use threats stating "sheriff of the law" is coming to serve papers to you or arrest you, blah blah blah. It was fun to mess with these guys.

I also get the same message except the calling number is 602-792-7211.  I tried calling the 888-389-1695 number twice, got some scumbag named Jason (who answered "Global Services" & hung up when I tried to tell him that they had a wrong number. (I've had my number for 21 years).  These type of people are scumbags!!!  I'm making a complaint/report to the Arizona Attorney Generals office and I encourage all others that are tired of this BS to do the same.

Called 3 times in a row this morning. The number calling was a local Florida number-Left the same robo message each time about I had a claim number in their office and to call back at 888-389-1695.  Scammers. Now blocked. I am sure they will find a new number soon

Just received a call today came up as a local number in Houston but they left the 8883891695 # as a call back # on voicemail with a claim # . I won't even waste my time calling back as I knew the moment they left a claim # on my voicemail and also failed to identify themselves that this wasnt a legit company as a legit company would know this is a violation of hips laws

Left a message on my work phone the same type of message they left a claim number and to dial 8883891695 # but caller ID said a local Wisconsin number they do get around.  Crooks

I received a call from them as well but from the phone number 609-228-8244. When asked if I could verify my name and social security number, I asked what the call was in reference to, to which I was given the reply that this wasn't how the protocol works and anyone could be the person they're calling. They asked for me to verify the last four digits of my social security number. I said they can verify me from the phone number they called, which was where I was calling from. The representative told me that they have to follow protocol so she can keep her job. I told her if she can't tell me what it's regarding, they can send it in writing. She said, "We don't do it that way, it's not a collection agency. But I wish you the best - you seem like a nice lady." I told her I was, but I still wasn't verifying the last four digits of my social security number.

I receive calls from a number in Damascus MD stating that I should call this number and they tell me it's about a debt from 2011.  I have asked them to stop calling and they call work, in laws etc...  I have referred to the Maryland attorney generals office.  They are nerve wracking.

I have received 3-4 calls a day for two weeks from this company. They call from 513-217-9427 but leave a voicemail telling you to use a claim # and call 1-888-389-1695. The calls aren't even for me.
I called on my work phone to see what company it was. The rep asked to speak with a co-worker from 3 years ago. I told her she couldn't I was just calling to see what company was calling and she said the phone call is recorded and they legally can't tell me.
She said if I gave her my cell number they would take me off the calling list. I told her that I googled the info attached to the number and I wouldn't give her my info because they were a scam. She said since I was speaking with a live person that of course it wasn't a scam.
After harassing her more about the name of the company she said she couldn't talk to me any longer and hung up.

She is receiving calls from a company that is asking for someone else.  They will not stop calling even though she ahs told them that she does not know this person.  FTC

Calls at least 10 times a day for last 3 months. I ask why they call, they don't respond. Told them if it is a collection matter, then report it or send out a collection letter. Finally, one of the rep told my wife, who is foreign, "Go Back to Your Country."

The recording was half-cut off due to playing as soon as my answering machine picked up. However, the recording gave this number (888-389-1695) as the call back number and an alternative to pressing 1 to speak to someone.
