This number called 3:30 PM   September 12, 2019.  I answered and a recorded computer voice message said that there has been a breach in security and my Social Security number has been compromised. I  was advised  to push 1 to speak to someone. Otherwise all social benefits will be suspended.   When I did not push 1, the message repeated with “dear citizen, we did not get your response“  and then more threats of how terrible life would be if I did not speak to someone and that the suspension of benefits would be permanent.  When I tried to call back the number, there was much higher quality voice message indicating that the call may be recorded for quality assurance and then offering special promotions for select callers.
