888-392-9624

Person named Dan called from a restricted number referencing this 888 number as a call back for Mediation management. Spoke of "serving papers of court documentation" without outlining any specific information and that he is supposedly a private investigator. He said he would be delivering this to my residence between 5-7 or my work tomorrow and for me to have ID ready. Checked with Local law enforcement and verified this is not how they handle court order serves. Obvious scam attempt.

Exact same thing just happened to me.  Is this a scam or what?  Person was very nasty

Yes, most likely a debt scam.  DO NOT return their calls. DO NOT give them any information.   If they have a valid debt, tell them to send you a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.  Of course, they won't do this, so just block their calls and ignore them.

Call display said Americas Title, they called let it ring once and then they terminated the phone call. Then they called back, but with the Call display now Unknown name. Then I terminated the phone call. They then called again and have left a message.
