This a callback number (Google shows no viable business related to this number), received on a junk fax transmission regarding a bogus business "loan" scam from a nonexistent Royal Banc NA with an address at 2550 Corporate Center Dr., Monterey Park, California -- which is an address of a business park, but no bank appears to be there.  The sending fax number is 855-513-4446.  According to 800notes.com listing for the -4446 number, it is an advance fee loan scam in which you pay a processing fee and never receive a loan.

To add to the above message, look at the name of the company it self. "Royal Banc" with the word 'Bank' being spelled 'Banc'. As per California State law, In order for a corporation, LLC or group (Legally registered with the state) to have the word 'Bank' it has to be registered with the state of California per Cal. Corp. Code Section 201(a). In 1998 Commissioner of Financial Institutions Wrote a letter stating the following;

   "However, it appears to us that the statute leaves no room for interpretation as to names in which the word “bank” appears. It expressly provides that articles setting forth a name containing the word “bank” not be filed unless the Commissioner has issued a certificate of approval. Accordingly, it does not appear to us that the Secretary of State has authority to file articles of incorporation containing terms such as “food bank,” “blood bank,” or “river bank” unless the articles are accompanied by a certificate of approval from the Commissioner."

   So in turn a financial institution (Claiming to dish out loans) based out of California or any other state (only used California for example) with the word 'banc' instead of the word 'Bank' in a scam or has ridiculously high Interest rates. So much so that by the time you pay a 150k loan off you would have payed over a Million dollars and would take many, many years before you start paying on the principle it self.
