It must be Targets Customer Service in Manila.....they probably don't know Americans appreciate a message once
they call....Calling....not leaving a message and then hanging up is not very classy.....Shows you how much Target
really thinks of their customers....

I called about my target card.  This is a survey making sure my call was handled correctly.

Called but left no message.
I do not care if it is Target's CS group; if you do not leave a message,  I will block your number. My cell can do itl

Just received a call on my cellphone....No message....Number is now blocked..

Call on my cell phone @ 6:49 pm.  I did not pick up.  Did not leave a message.

This number called me and left a voicemail stating that a call back should be made by me or my attorney, if not it would be at my fault. The caller identified himself as officer Shawn Whyte, but did not mention the reason for the call, company name, etc.

CID = UNAVAILABLE. They did not choose the option to bypass my phone call blocker so I don't know what they wanted. Others report this as a survey from Target. I recently did some business with Target but I don't want to talk to them. Will now block this number permanently.

It was a sexy sounding lady wanting to "unclog my pipes"....

Get these calls all day long. No one on the line. Call drops if try to reach back. Number blocked. Extremely upsetting and annoying!
