Rec'd a call from this phone number by a female who said her name was Marsha Bradsher     Stated that they had complaints against me and if I did not contact them they would serve me with papers -
said her compnay name was DTA - not sure who that is - but - I think she is in "cahoots" with phone number 888-394-217 -  both of them used the same "jargon" and the same "file number".    Has anyone else rec'd a message from this number?    I feel very confident that it is a scam -  I don't know what they want - but I did file a complaint with the Attorney General of my state and apparently this number is "flagged" because of fradulent/scammer activity

These people are liars and scammers. They claim there is a "complaint" being filed, they also use terms like "Criminal& civil complaints" and "defraud" .

This is illegal activity from THEM, they are agressive debt collectors and they are desperate.

They threaten  to "take action" that they legally can not take.

DO NOT give them any information. Do NOT believe a word they say.

They use false representation & imply false actions.

They called themselves the DTA Group when I talked to them, but they probably change the business name every day as well as the reprsentatives names.  

BY THE WAY - THEY WERE ALL VERY RUDE.
