My son just had that number charged to his account today.  I called the number and it's out of order. You should contact your bank and get this charge stopped if you have not done so already.

Watch for this no. and also 866-481-8192. Both seem to be shown as Varimi LLC, which seems to have a relationship with: healthycleansepro.com, premiunwhiteteeth.com, agedefiancecream.com and  onlinecashsuccesskit.com, maxacaiburn.com and acaiberrydetox.com.  Also watch for any Acai berry with an association with FWM Labs in Florida.

I have just reviewed my checking account and found various charges from #888-394-9474 Varimi, from 866-396-2729 Healthmenb, which is also the number for Elitepack another charge. I did reach a customer rep at the 866-396-2729 number and I was taken off all three of their customer lists and received a confirmation number for such.

I'm sure this happened when I answered an online ad for acaiberry and one for the cleanse pro, apparently this charge isn't stated on any info and I have been charge two months in a row. Tey don't offer to refund the charge, just take you off the customer list that apparently generates these charge.

Good luck resolving any problems you have encountered with this rip-off.

I too had all of the above happen to me.  The #1-888-481-8192 that was on my bank statement gave me a customer representative and she removed a charge for me (don't know what is was for, but it was removed). The next charge was for 8.95, Co name Varimi LLC , different # 88839474. i gave this info to the first rep that I spoke with and she gave me a new # 866-475-1896...bad #. then i googled and got this site.  The  888-591-9121 # worked it was to dazzel white( ask to be canceled from everything!)once this is done then he gave me the # to the weight loss charge of 8.95. 1866-417-6059.  Hopefuly they will remove this charge. Tell them you want to be removed from alllll lists & do not want to be charged, get peoples names! hope I have helped as this site helped me :) I was glad I called becasue he told me I was being charged again today ! Good Luck...

3 steps you can take right now if you are a victim of this scam:

    1. Chargeback. File a fraud charge with your credit card or bank and let them sort it out. They have more muscle to go after this sort of crime. Explain to them about all the consumer complaints that are on the internet and "insist" that they do charge-back or file a fraud charge. Your bank or credit card organization has all the tools necessary to find out where the charges are coming from, what business is involved, addresses and phone numbers connected to the charge and etc. You may not know or have access to this information. The banks and credit card org have all this at their fingertips and are obligated to handle the problem that has resulted.
    More info at: http://www.chrismalta.com/scamtip1.asp

    2. FTC. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Their job is to monitor and go after these types of scams. Go to: http://www.ftc.gov/ftc/contact.shtm

    3. Attorney General. File a complaint with your state Attorney General and also with the Attorney General of Iowa (where a lot of the phone numbers and addresses seem to be located)
    Contact details here: http://www.naag.org/attorneys_general.php

If you live outside the US, you can file a complaint at www.econsumer.gov

That number works! They seem to want to make things right if you talk to them. But the lady I had 'help' me had an attitude for sure so be prepared! I'm getting my money back so I guess it's all good. Just be sure to cancel your card and have your bank issue you a new one so there's no more surprise debits to your account!

    # 888-591-2190 worked to get me to a recording that their operators are busy. That's a WHOLE lot more than the numbers my bank gave me- 866.797.7348; 888-394-9474 (disconnected) and their own website's contact us number at 888.948.5508 (disconnected)

AVOID THESE GUYS LIKE THE PLAGUE!  FRAUD, PURE AND SIMPLE!

    BUYER BEWARE!!!
This is a deceitful company that is affiliated with AcaiBerry, AcaiBurn, Dazzle White...amongst others.
They are all sharing information with each other including your credit card information and charging you for random "stuff" that you will never get. If you do get something, SEND IT BACK REGISTERED INSURED MAIL!! Failure to do this will cost you dearly.
    Their products do not perform.
They are in business to scam credit card info from you.
Call and Cancel your subscription/membership with them immediately.
Ask for a refund, but you probably wont get it.
Call your credit card company's dispute department and tell them these are not authorized charges. ASK TO HAVE YOUR CURRENT CARD CANCELED AND NEW CARD ISSUED RIGHT AWAY.
Don't fall for this. It cost me over $150.00. Lesson learned.

WHAT A SCAM!  I just called 866-417-6059 (# was given to me by calling 866-807-7356 where I had ordered the Acai berry pills and returned - in which I am STILL waiting on a credit for that, which should not have occurred!) - the rep I talked to (Paulette) advised me this is not a scam...she stated when I ordered the Acai berry pills, it stated in the terms and conditions that I would also receive a subscription to some health magazine...? And that the information was sent to me in an email with a # to call to cancel....?  I advised her I did not get that email, and she pretty much told me I did...I had the 'subscription' cancelled, but, they will NOT remove the charge!  READ THE FINE PRINT!!!  I still look at this as a scam!  Lesson learned :(
