Sent text to me and friends claiming legal documents to be served.

called my daughter and husband and said I needed to call them because they have a civil suit against me. Asked me to verify my social security number...I told them to stop calling my family because I know this is a scam and they immediately hung up.

Has sent me a text about a debt & contacted my sister & mother.

Just FYI, text messages, like phone calls, faxes, and emails, are not a legal method of debt validation. Only documentation sent via US mail.

Saying we owe money, had all our info and said they were submitting to our county

In my phone call they ask for my father not even me saying that it was for a civil suit. How my father's name is what they asked for is beyond me especially since I am on my own phone plan. does  everyone have the same  "case number"?

Received a call from a totally different number. The person left a voicemail stating they have been trying to contact me regarding undocumented information that needs to get filed, and I need to contact the "issuing agent" at this 888 number. It was also stated that this voicemail is considered contact with me, and if I did not contact my "issuing agent," that they would proceed with the necessary filing.
