Amateur hour alert!! The SCAMMER CON "ARTIST" running this robo-call / robo-dialer outfit uses a cheap tacky computer generated voice message purporting to be from "Microsoft Refund Department" ( which of course, the REAL Microsoft does NOT have such ). This is a old school scam; the hook is they're looking for you to call them--so they can "refund" you for pre-paid Microsoft computer technical support ( again: Microsoft does NOT use pre-paid PC tech support services ). Let your answering machine / voicemail service handle this scam call--DO NOT CALL BACK THE NUMBER THE VOICE URGES YOU TO CALL.

It's a scam, where these cheap amateurs try to CONvince you they're a legit Microsoft pre-paid computer tech support office ( which actually does NOT exist ). Don't be a victim: Let your answering machine / voicemail service answer this one ( it wastes the scammer's money; the call is really coming from India, by the way ). NEVER call back ANY number from a scam call---especially THIS particular one.

Robo call asking for call back to get refund for computer support that I never signed for. Calls daily for the past few days.

Called 2 times claimi,g to be Microsoft refund dept, I hung up and blocked number send all calls to voice mail.

Scam.  Don't answer. I feel sorry for the people that fall for this.  I don't really know any company that "calls" you to tell you a refund is due......
