Kate from United Courier Service for Attorney Rich Goldstein I am coming to your place of employment or residence to deliver a summons to appear in court. Mu question is for what?

They left a message saying they were JBL delivery service serving a summons from Rich Goldstein and to call 888-414-3874. Pretty sure it's a scam. There was no number on the caller ID.

they are not scam comp they have placed a judgment against me

If someone is going to serve you, they don't call to tell you they are coming, because then you would not accept the papers!!
Educate yourselves people!!!!

in certain state you half to give a 48 hr notice of intent to serve papers

this person called did not address him self stated it was social security and called and said a judgment was place and I will be summons for court on the 14th  of this month or I can call back and reschedule. what is this. Is it a scam

A Michelle Linwood called about a withheld document for me by name. Said I'd need state ID and that I had a planning time (but no date was given and I don't even know what that means). And that a driver would be stopping by my place of employment and residence (yet I'm unemployed at the moment). Gave this call back number and a case number (?). I'm definitely concluding that this is not legit.

Samething happen to me ay 930am today. Do you know if this is legit. Because they said i took out a loan with a place called loan mart money mart and i ask where was this at and they said washington state so i found the number to this place i supposedly took this loan out and the number is not even hook up.

No these are crooks looking to scam money out of you.  they need to prove you owe the debt.  You need to prove nothing.
