SCAM - pretended to be customer service  and insisted that he needed money to help me... On top of that he was rude

This number came up for DropBox support and they said I would have to pay them $500 to help take off a $99 charge on my card. They were so incredibly rude

Uh, why not simply call your bank and dispute the charge for free?

This number is FRAUDULENT! I wrote Dropbox in the help center alerting them. - how can DB allow a fraudulent number to come up when their customers google search "dropbox customer service"? Why haven't they done something about these scammers?
I knew right away when the idiots answered "Hello" when they picked up the phone.

I searched online for a DropBox customer support number and this one came up. When I called the recording said "Hello, and thanks for calling. Please listen carefully as our menu options have changed. Calls are recorded for quality and training purposes... Congratulations! You've been selected for a $100 Walmart gift card!" I didn't listen further and just hang up.
