Another lame, useless post made by someone who has suddenly learned a new word and wants to overuse it.  You cannot provide one scintilla of proof that this is a no registered number claiming to be a legit business.  You cannot provide any proof that they want to gather personal identity information information and money.  You have even gone so far as to purposely provide information that will purposely mislead people as to the correct Federal Agencies to report the call to and also have purposely mislead people by neglecting to mention the other Agencies that the call should be reported to (assuming that other people receiving this call are way more intelligent than you in that they take the time to find out who is calling and what the call is about).
