- . replies to David WhiteWhere was the call center you worked in?
- . replies to keithThe "debts" are all fake.
They might have found some trace of an old account from pulling your own credit reports.
They could be using that information to pretend you owe them.
They have NOTHING to do with any old "payday loan" you actually owe them.
Lots of people had payday loans, so it's a good guess to just make up some "old payday loan", to convince people to pay you money. The Indian scammers do this routinely, just calling until they find a sucker. - . replies to YAHOO GIRLWelcome to the Corona Scam.
This is a con.
The "process server" is fake.
The "lawsuit" is fake.
The "debt" is fake.
The threats are all fake.
They are looking for suckers, so if you sound like a sucker, they will go after you.
Contact FTC. - . replies to david whiteKeep running this scam, and you can keep looking over your shoulder for years to come.
You've got the possiblity of state larceny charges hanging over you, and federal wire fraud charges for doing it across state lines, and illegally pulling credit reports to get identity and account information ("unauthorized possession of a means of identification").
Why don't you talk to an attorney about YOUR SOL? - LindaI just received a call from an unknown caller. They said they were process servers wanting to know if anyone was going to be home so they can serve a summons to my mother-in-law to appear in court. Which is very strange as she's 80 and lives in Kansas. We live in Texas. This person said they would put a 3-hour hold on serving the summons but she had to call 888-416-8110 right away, or they would serve the papers, after two attempts she would be a no-show in court and all sorts of additional fines would be added.
This is a scam. Shame on them. She's 80 and in poor health, and just getting by finanically.- Caller: unknown
- SM| 1 replyCindy Adam called about my friend's debt. She told to have my friend call to 888-416-8110.
She told that this number belongs to County Process Service Division.- Caller: County Process Service Division
- Debt free replies to David WhiteDon't be mad because u r a loser and got fired there is always walmart
- . replies to SMIt doesn't. They are fake "process servers". There are many complaints that they impersonate deputies or county employees, just like this case.
They routinely call relatives, friends, neighbors, or employers, before calling the victim, because it is an act. They are pretending to be "process servers" so you think they are suing you.
Contact the FTC. - . replies to texasraised84One alias they are using is "Harrison North".
Google "800notes Harrison North" and you will find many complaints just like against this number.
They are using over 50 aliases at last count, and keep adding more to try to get around the complaints that get attached to their names and numbers.
Contact FTC. - . replies to ShannonIt's a scam, a con.
Check your credit reports, particularly Experian, and you will probably find an inquiry under one of their names. That would allow them to find one of your old accounts and get enough information to pretend you owe them money for it.

I called him back and gave him my so called docket number and he said I owed on some credit card that I have never had and told me to grab a pen and paper and told me I was going to be sued. I said I am not grabbing a pen and paper so just sue me. What a moron cause about a month ago I took out a loan with a credit union and I seen my credit report with my own eyes. GEE Davie if I owed money on a credit card how did I get a signature loan??? I can't wait for him to call me back cause I need someone to take all my anger and frustration out on. I think it will be fun!!!

- Lisa replies to Shirley Muras| 1 replyI spoke with the Illiniois Attorney Generals office of Lisa Madigan and they said it is a scam and you will not have a warrant put out for your arrest. She said they spoof numbers and call from everywhere and they can't track them down and just hang up on them and notifiy your family members that this is a scam so they don't worry about you. You will never recieve a summons and if you are worried just call your local circuit clerks office and ask them if such thing exists.
- mmWOW , called people in our old house and said a warrant will be issued in 24 hours if my husband doesn't call. I googled number, this is embarrassing , and surprising , people go to to this extent of threatening . It should be illegal . Last time I spoke with them they said we were going to court, that was last year. And never received any papers , or in mail. It has to be a scam. They want credit card payments over the phone.i will never do that. I reported the number to BBB.

- Mau| 1 replythis people have called my x mother in law and my aunt boyfriends house, how it the world are these people getting all this numbers, making up [***]
- . replies to MauThey probably pulled your own credit report, and "skip-traced" your relatives.
- AnnI received a call from this David White on my answer machine, it is the second call I have received for 2 different people who are friends of mine but don't even live in the state I live in. They said they were a process server and left the phone # and docket #. I emailed my friends the info and one of them called me and let me know it is a scam so I will just keep deleting the answering machine calls and not worry. They can only bother you or scare you if you talk to them so my answer is not to answer their calls.
