Said his name is Joseph wells from crs associates and that I was going to be charged with fraud for a check i wrote from wells fargo. I havent had a wells fargo acct in over 3-4 years and i never had checks for that account ever. Almost caused my elderly aunt to have a heart attack. I have no information on what this is about. Wells fargo charged off my acct. This is a scam. Threatening tactics will not work.

Said he was going to put my case to court that I don’t even know about he was taking 38.00 from me a month .  I lost my debt card and he said I shut it off or cancel it he was very rude .

Called and made threats and also stated he is going to call employers and family

Joseph Wells called about a "pending  legal matter" involving my sister-in-law and my name on a contract. Haven't spoken to her in several years. And she knows better than to put "my name on a contract". I screen all my calls anyway and he is now blocked.

I just got the exact same call it’s a total scam

Called starting that there was a pending case in Travis County needing resolved today and that it was still in the statute of limitations? Nothing in my past regarding a court date lol.
Total scam and blocked.

Left a voicemail on my number (and my daughter's number) with the same message about a pending legal matter that he was retained for this morning in regard to MY ex-husbands EX-WIFE (we still share the same last name)! 😯 Yeah, no thanks. 😒 Not returning that call....

This man Joseph Wells very threading and was stating a check I supposed to write electronically in 2016 . I’ve file bankruptcy in 2017 so all debts were cleared . Thus is scam and I want him reported .

Joseph Wells called and left a voicemail regarding a pending legal matter for my mom in St, Clair County. It was urgent and wanted to speak out of court.
At first I panicked, I called my mom and was about to call this guy back but decided to look up him and the number first.
I’m glad I did.

Joseph Wells called and left message concerning my daughter having a legal matter in Norfolk County. Matter needed to be resolved by this afternoon's court appearance. Right away I knew it was a scam as my daughter has no connect to Norfolk County. Blocked number from further calls.

He jumped st called today for my husband. Can we ignore him?

I got a call from someone who said I had a legal matter and that I didn't send a check last Sept.. I have no clue what he was talking about...

Joseph called about some check that I never wrote. He then proceeded to call my work number as well as my supervisor.

This criminal Joseph Wells called my mom, ex-wife, and sister looking for me! It is scary how people can find your information online! How can this person using the name Joseph Wells live with himself? By doing research, he has been doing this for over a decade and getting away with it. People have to come together to catch criminals like this and put them in prison. My girlfriend actually called him to have a little fun asking him if he had a website. He got aggressive and said stop wasting his time (pot calling the kettle black) and hung-up saying he doesn't have a website.
It is sad how he can con people out of money and this needs to be stopped! To call other family members and embarrass hard working working, law abiding citizens by this criminal is a shame and it has gone on too long (since 2012)! He needs a surprise visit by the FBI like he surprises his victims.
