Did not answer and left a message. Called them back and they said they have been trying to contact me now for several months and that I owed the financial institution money and I must pay $800 or an arrest warrant will be issued. Asked that I get a green dot card immediately and then call them back at this number 419-365-6272.

After talking to Fletcher Jennings from "Legal Processing " from the number 440-201-9858 stating I owe a payday loan of $836 and if I don't want to resolve it, they would prosecute me and put red flag on my home and car and send the police to my job or home. Then they said I can pay through moneygram and to call 1-888-420-0532 if I have any problems. I'm not gone lie, but they almost got me. Then he said he can't send my documents over until I pay... Weird [***] hell

I received a phone call stating I owe $1210.00 from a payday loan and I could resolve the account by making a $658.00 payment using a MoneyGram card.This is a scam. They tried to tell me that I need to pay or I will be sent to jail. They have called me from 440-996-5018, 440-683-4774, and 1-888-420-0532. I almost fell for it until I started to look into it more.

I received same type of call from Fletcher Jennings Saying I Owe a Payday loan from between 2008-2013 and it's been on going investigation. I need to pay $828 through money gram or I will be arrested etc.etc.. Then said call 1-888-420-0532 Someone by Name of Ashley Walker from Supposly United Financial out of Jacksonville Florida.. Give me instructions how to pay.. funny thing is Fletcher Jennings Saying he's doing Business in Cleveland, Ohio however I been called by several different cities in Ohio from a 330 area code.. And same guy says this is Fletcher Jennings.. I'm thinking SCAMMMERS!!

Fletcher Jennings called me last week stating that I owed $1500 for a payday loan I never took out. He stated that there was a locate and indict order being filed against me and that authorities would be looking for me, flagging my home, my auto, work and school. After doing research, I found it was a scam that same day, and notified the Dept of Justice, Ohio Attorney General, and the law firm whose name he was falsely using. He said he was from Mansini & Associates, and gave a 740 area code. Mansini & Assoc. is in California.  I told him I reported him, and he hung up on me. He called me again today, exactly a week later, and said he "wanted to let you know that I filed the locate & indict order, and they will be looking to apprehend you. Good Luck!"  I am filing a police report for harassment. Also, he called from a different number this time, a 440 number. The numbers he has used are (740) 200-5504 and (440) 332-7691

This company called me today . I was told that if I don't pay 1,250 by tomorrow at 12 noon that I would face two felony charges for check fraud> something definitely needs to be done about this. I'm se to graduate from nursing school soon and this fraudulent attempt terrorized my family with these threats. Something needs to be done!! I've put it in God's hands.

United financial called me with the same crap as everyone above is saying! I almost fell for it too! Thank God I had no money and said to my self. They can wait. Then I called a lawyer that is helping us with debt and he said to call them and get the paperwork sent to me to prove it, but I never got around to it and I called Cash Net USA to see if they sent me to collections and they said no and to report it.  so that is what I am doing.
