This is another number for National Asset... collection. They have a ton of numbers and this is a new one. They are nasty people and they call several times a day.

These horrible people keep calling for my father who has been dead since 2009. When they would not tell me why they were calling, I first explained nicely that he was dead. When they called again, I said he was still dead. I usually don't answer, but since they keep changing numbers, I get caught. Today I yelled as loud as I possibly could to stop calling me. Then I called my local sheriff's dept. and was told to try the Better Business Bureau.

Do not stop calling all times of the day.

I just trained in a collections agency and there ARE LAWS collections agencies MUST follow.  Absolutely if you tell them that the person they are calling for has passed away and for them to stop calling you they MUST.
You can get 1,000 per offense, which means you need to collect information from them, be nice till you get the person calling and company associated.  So every time they call, threaten you with legal action, swear at you, lots of stuff will earn you $1,000 a pop.

I went to that site to report the annoying calls. After filling out the questionnaire and going through all the steps, the end result was that I am supposed to contact the company myself, so obviously this site is of no help at all. Yeah, I wish I had $1000 for every time they've called me. Let's see, they've been calling at least 2x a week every week since early 2010 or so.
