They called my mother and told her they have a warrant out for my arrest?!?! I don't know who these ppl are but their calling my family unknown. Whoever does this [***] needs to burn in hell. Get a MF hobby! We already living in a cruel world. I pray these ppl get caught and serve maximum time. Don't mess with ppl lives like that. It was scary but I looked up the number and i saw nothing. This number has to be a scam.

They called my fiance and left a msg for me. I HAVE A PHONE AND AM 60 YRS OLD. So why did these idiots call him. I'm mad. Couldn't understand most of what they said. Couldn't understand who they are, did hear my name, and some mumble jumble about legal something. So what's up with this. They haven't called me but they call on his phone and threatened me. Go figure!

They are low life scum of the earth...trying to scare people into making a payment of some sort over the phone. Don't give them a thing. Start asking them questions about them, where they're from, where their office is located, what company they represent. They chicken out and hang up like the cowards they are.

A guy named Steve Taylor  at 888-420-5804 said that the person in question would need to call the legal department - SCAM - no company name, really fast talker, pronounced the name incorrectly and called my phone for someone elese from UNKNOWN on my phone but gave the number above to call back..... People please do not call back and do not give a shred of personal information out on anyone! I will tell you from first hand experience written documentation will usually show up if this is real.

A guy names David Watkins call telling me that their was a complaint filed against me.  Load of CRAP....scammers.  Of course they called from an unknown number, but left a message to call back at 888-420-5804.

They called me and left a message. I called them back a few times simply to tell them to go [***] themselves.

Missed call from a blocked/unknown number voicemail left: Hello my name is Michael Anderson, this message is for **** regarding a complaint just forward over to my office, if you do wish to discuss the details of the case that has been filed against you it is imperative you contact the ??? (rambled unclear) legal department, they can be reached at 888-420-5804, reference case number ****.  I received another call from blocked/unknown and answered it and it was this so called Michael Anderson asking if i was going to be home within the hour and i asked what this was regarding and he was very defensive with me asking simple questions. I moved about a year ago and if this was something legitimate i wanted to ensure i received proper documentation.  I said this kind of sounds like a scam and yes i will be home but where is home and hey called me a piece of [***] and hung up on me.  Luckily i had his voicemail so i contacted the number and another flag is they answer the phone as 'corporate office' and its took awhile to understand what company they were which still isn't clear, something like s and p group in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. (not found FLAG).  Anyways the individual i spoke to said it wasn't a valid case number and ask if it was a Robert ** and i said no and when i played him back the voicemail that matched the case number i gave him he magically found my name (flag).  I asked to speak to whomever was in charge because some Michael Anderson was rude and called me a pc of [***], there was no one there by that name (Michael Anderson) and they contract out courier service to deliver summons and once its in that 'stage' they do not have any other information to discuss.  I said once you get to that stage you wash your hands of the records and have no idea who, what, why, etc i find that hard to believe and he repeated himself couple more times about there is nothing more to discuss have a good day and then hung up.  Who calls to verify if your home to 'serve' someone.  I paid $1.00 to the county courts to do a name search and there are no open cases or anything against me.  Being recently divorced i am familiar with filing with the clerk getting a case number and having to serve the spouse and properly documenting officially that i properly served the spouse, so another flag this is a scam.  No one showed up and i have now blocked the caller 888-420-5804.

Scam message. Even left mentioned a fake case number. I did search in the counties I have lived in for the last 20 years. My name is nowhere to be found.

Yep. Totally b.s. My guy's name was John Black and keeps leaving messages in a really sing-song kind of voice. It's beyond ridiculous.

Received a call from unknown stating they were trying to serve a summons for court. Had an old address from 4 years ago. I asked what court case this is concerning and they gave me the phone number 888-420-5804. I called that number and Jessie answered and stated I had a credit card that was never paid and they were filing a civil judgement against me unless I paid $1,900. I was a little concerned because they had my ss# and stated it was in regards to an actual credit card I opened in 2003. Stated I could settle by the end of the day or they were sending the summons. I guess I'll wait for the "supposed" summons.

John Connor stating I had a complaint filed against me. Call 888-420-5804. Returned call and gentleman said John Connor didn't work there. Stated my maiden name and an address from 10 years ago. Stated I owed 1923 on a old credit card from 12 years ago. Stated I was going to receive legal action. Discussed splitting payments and settling for $600. asked for email address and phone hung up, he called back and then the phone hung up again. I then decided to research the number because it didn't sound good.

In most states debt that old is beyond the statute of limitations to collect by suing you so his threat was a probably violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Time barred debt is still collectable but collectors cannot sue to collect, only pester you about it.

maybe you should pay your bills and companies like this wouldn't have a reason to call you....now there's a concept!!!

Now using a new phone number which is 888-501-3130. Same situation as what others have described. Called the number It's s and p group in California. Man that answered refused to give me any information and kept demanding a case File. Scared the hell out of me when he said that they were coming to serve me an official sealed court summons. I contacted the local sheriff's office and was told that they have been trying to catch these people for years and that they steal numbers and dodge the law. Told me to block the number, do not answer their calls and that what they're doing is illegal. I suspected as much but wanted to confirm it with the authorities. When you get a call from somebody threatening you like they did to me, it's quite scary. Block the phone number 888-501-3130. They are using a new number. Hope this was helpful.

They are calling my cellphone which #1 is ILLEGALLY.  6 times in a row.  Calls broom a blocked number, so there is no way to block him.  Then he will call house.  Forget it!  I've got the fax setup?  Sick of these stupid annoying baseless calls.  Same thing.  Obviously a robo since the same syllables are stressed, the same words misprounced.  What a jerk!!
