Got a call and postcard in the mail from this number.  Telling me I won an $100 reward.

I got a postcard in the mail, claim a reward values $100.00 gift rebates. When I called, the person told me I won $150.00 gift rebates card at Walmart, also $25.00 gift rebate card at Target and more....in order to recieve this I would have to send $6.95 by debit card. I asked her for the name of her company... Creative Solutions she responsed... I told her I would call back, when I get a debit card with only $6.95 on it...The name Creative Solutions dosen't apear on the post card at all. Is this a slam ?

I got an eerily similar call this morning from a different number but with the same pitch.  I said let me get a call back number and research it.  I'm pretty sure this is a scam.
