I received a message from an alleged Savannah Grant, from a company that she said the name so fast I can't make it out.  Sounds  like Amiagraph Mediations.  She said it's imperative that I call her back immediately regarding case information for ...get this...my ex-brother-in-law, who I haven't even talked to in the last 20 years.  What's creepy is she has my legal name, and most people know me by my nickname, and my phone number is private.  So how did they manage to connect us???

This is creepy.  A person named Jessica called the previous owners of our house and asked for me by name.  How the heck did she have my name but call a prior owner of the house?  I'm a little freaked.  The message was so garbled and fast.  Got a name, that number and said from a Mediation Services???

The call came up a cell phone number from Palatka, Florida. Telling me to call 888-428-3314 that a judgement was being filed against me. So I stayed on hold until the lady picked up. she stated this was for a short term loan from Paragon Funding and it was verified with my bank (Suntrust) at the time that this was my debt. The address they had for me was wrong. When I asked for back up proving this was my debt she told me that they don't supply that. they aren't here to help you dispute it because its already been verified and a judgement would be filed against me. I told her to file it then if they can't even provide information showing this was mine.

I just received a voicemail message from this place.  They never stated the company name.They said that that they were contacting me concerning A Formal Complaint being filed in their office for a Missed Service of Process state which doesn't make any sense.  It showed it was from Mableton, GA.

I just got a message asking for me by my unmarried name starring the have a formal complaint filed against me on February 5 don't know what this is I'm not calling back seems like some sort of scam

Just got a call from a Mrs. Franklin about a Social Security Mediation, never heard of such a thing in my life. The weird part was they call me on my cell phone asking for my sister. When I called my sister to inquire about the call, she indicated that she never heard of these people and would never give out my personal information for a contact #. How did these people find my # and ask about my Sister? When I called back to inquire as to what the company does, I was greeted rudely by the person who answered the phone. This person would not answer the most basic questions about what they do, and was more than eager to hang up on me for questioning what the company does. Scam... Please be aware of this # 888-428-3314

I just received the same exact message, stating the same date even. The caller ID said it was from Holly, MI.

"This is message is intended for Melanie Hudson. I'm calling in regards to a formal complaint that's being filed here in our office. It's for a mis-service of process date that was scheduled February 5, 2016. Press 0 to speak with a live operator now or contact the office directly at 1-888-428-3314."

Showed on my caller id as 210-236-0555 (San Antonio, TX)

I am not, nor do I even know any Melanie Hudson and I have had this mobile number for over a decade.

Also received a call from 888-428-3314 stating that I had a formal complaint re????
Had my maiden name. I'm not calling back. I believe it is a scan

I've received a few calls from these people. The most recent one being today (2/16/2016) stating the same February 5th, 2016 recorded message that others mentioned above. However, 2 weeks prior to this I had actually answered, pressed zero and was brought to some lady with a southern accent. She wanted the last 4 digits of my social security number to prove it was me. I told her I was not giving any such information over the phone to a stranger. I then asked her what this was about and to explain herself. She could not answer other than there's been a complaint filed against you and pressed me again for the number I told her no you are going to explain to me what this is about right now (in less than formal vocabulary) she told me to wash my mouth out and hung up.

The number that shows up today (2/16/2016) on caller ID is 847-582-3075 but they ask you to call them back at 888-428-3314. Strange that their "office" is an 800 number.

Just to follow up and do my own investigating after that first interaction with them I checked my bank records and credit info and found no outstanding debts (which I already knew.) I also found that they were/are going under the name of Omega Mediation.  I found this website. http://www.omegamediations.org/

The website doesn't exactly give you a clue to what they're about other than reducing debt. I'm assuming they just purchase bad debt from collection agencies and try to get you to pay. I also think they're looking for my father since we have the same name and he's got debt everywhere.

Why would they call from one number and leave a 1-888 number? I know why, SCAM!!

They did not even leave a company name. SPAM SPAM SPAM!!

One of our clients just told us they got a call from this number trying to collect on a debt that they are already making payments on to this office (we are a legit collections company). The phone number is attached to Omega Mediation's and I believe they are out of SC. They seam to be gathering peoples info and trying to collect on debt they do not own. This is fraud without a doubt. It is unfortunate that they are scam collection companies out there like this putting a bad name out there for the legitimate companies. Do your homework on them before discussing and arrangements with them.

Just got a call from this agency asking for my child. My caller id came up with a local number (area code 209 Merced) and decided to call. It went straight to voice mail. After the recording to leave a message, it hung up on me! So I called the 1-888-428-3314 number and no one answered.

They called left a message saying I had a complaint against me filed Feburary 5th. Same BS as below, they are using local numbers trying to make people answer, they had my name but I have my name listed with my phone I use for business, this is just another scam, do not reply or have any contact with them, it is all lies.

My daughter got a call from these people this morning asking for me; my first initial and last name, and they had my birth date.They  called my daughters cell phone which is a new number she recently got that is not even in her name; she also lives an hour away and is married.  They have not called my phone, how did they connect me to her like that.  They were saying the same thing about a claim being filed against me from an incident on February 5th and left this 888-428-3314 for me to call.  The number that they called from was 404-965-5692. I knew something wasn't right so I googled the numbers before I called and found this page.

What are they doing?  Can they do anything by you answering the phone, like get into your phone?  We do so much on our phones these days, our phones have tons of private info about us.

The company claiming to be Omega Mediation Services (I had to ask the name of the company several times because they mumbled the name)  called several other people in my family in attempt to get in contact with me leaving a message that there was a claim against me.. same thing about missing some processing on Feb 5th.   Each person they called received the call from a different local phone number but the number for me to call was 888-428-3314.   This was before I ever received a call from them!

They called me today from a local number and claimed they were calling to collect on a debt.  I told the woman who called that I believed that the debt they were referring to had already been paid several years ago.  She also read me the last 4 of my SSN for verification!!  She stated that the debt had been purchased by "investors" and that if I did not pay it they would proceed with a judgment. I asked repeatedly when they had contacted me in writing regarding the debt and she refused to answer the question.  I asked her to explain to me what that meant and what the process was and she became hostile.  I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me that there was no supervisor.  She told me to do my research and call back and hung up on me.

I called back and spoke to an individual named Tommy Thompson. He  told me that there was no evidence that the debt had been paid and that unless I had a letter confirming settlement of debt from the company then I never paid it.  I asked him the same questions I asked before, what the process was if I did not settle the debt and what they meant by a judgment since that was the word the kept threatening me with.  He also mentioned that they were working with "investors".   He could not tell me what might happen if I didn't pay but eluded to having to take time off work to deal with a court hearing and/or having my wages garnished.  The debt they were talking about was from 2010.  There is no record of it on my credit report.  In addition to me believing that the debt had already been settled, the state of Ohio has a 5 year statute or limitations on filing a judgment on credit card debt.

I told him that I believed that I had paid the debt and that they could not file a judgment on a 7 year old debt in Ohio and he said "good luck with your civil case" (continuing to imply a lawsuit) and hung up.

They called my mother to say that I missed a mediation on February 5th, 2016 and gave her the following call back number: 6154335116.
I've had my phone number for 6 years, listed under my name, so if this was a legitimate company, they would have my updated information and would have called me. This is ridiculous.

I have gotten two calls from them so far this week. They have also called my parents and my old roommate apparently. Which is horrible.

The number comes up as a 312 Chicago area code, but they leave 888-428-3314 as the call back number. The lady said verbatim what others have posted, "This is message is intended for (insert your name). I'm calling in regards to a formal complaint that's being filed here in our office. I'm greatful for this website in which innocent people can do their research against scammers. Isn't it strange how we all received similar calls with the exact information being requested, the scammers lose. In Ohio this can be filed with the Attorney Generals office. They've called 3x, next time they're out!  Didn't p/u, I have no debts overdue.
