Scammers who took $377 from a friend's bank account.

First Protection Aid  is the fraud and they have taken $377 from Bank A/c and they have deposited Under ROBO BANK MA...Big scammers Big scammers

Same company created a check that did not need a signature and it was from First Protection Aid and took $377 from my bank account.  The phone number goes to outer space when you try to call it.

Same theme as other report filers on this company. First Protection Aid called my mom and induced her to provide sufficient information to charge $377 directly to her bank account using a "Signature Not Required" draft with a false, out of sequence check number but an accurate bank routing and account number in the magnetic code.  I called 888-430-2780 and unlike other report filers I actually got a human being named "Mark" on the line. "Mark" advised that the First Protection Aid product was a "medical insurance campaign". He would not reveal the location or address of operations for the marketing company. I told him that my mom had not received the promised material. "Mark" promised to "check into it" and revert to me. Waiting on that response, which I am not particularly hopeful will occur.

Note to all: based on my research this "campaign" started sometime in May 2010 judging by report dates I've reviewed here and elsewhere (see www.ripoffreport.com also). I've got some experience in following up on these things as my mom has been victimized by telemarketers or persons posing as telemarketers previously. The use of a "Signature Not Required" draft is a new twist.
