Caller stated he was from the Green Energy Program in Tempe, AZ who was offering free renewable energy courtesy of a government program. The government only provides tax credits for installing very expensive solar panels which is not free. He wanted personal information which I declined to give. As I don't have Caller ID on that phone he gave me this number and a search came up with at Mr. Number1-888-430-3969 is not a valid number. If you are sure that you got a phone call from a number beginning with this prefix, the caller may have 'spoofed' caller ID.

Called back.  The message says they are available to take calls between 3pm-8:30pm but doesn't say what timezone.  The message says the name of the organization is "The Energy Program".  I called the local power company and they said they don't know of any rebate program that has anything to do with the "renewable energy initiative" just rebates for expensive solar.
