Leaves this number to call back. but no business name. This number never shows up on a number that has called me

Called stating a law suit has been filed against me and will be serving me papers at work or home  if I do not return their call. Really? Never in my life have I ever heard of anyone warning you about being served.

I have 2 charges pending and they will pursue me at my residence and place of employment.

I have received two phone calls - yesterday 4/20 it was a woman's pre-recorded voice and today it was a mans. They even went as far as calling my family members. I tried to call back and you have to leave a voice mail. This is ridiculous!

Don't bother calling these scammers back. It's just a waste of time. If you were really going to be served you wouldn't be warned in advance. Block the calls if you can and ignore them if you can't.

This company has called me a couple of times and they want money from me I think it is a scam.

Scammers  called saying owed on a loan or they were taking me to court and all of it had been paid off on time in the past

Have been calling me (and my family) alleging that I am going to be served papers for a past due account (creditors name is different every time as well as date money was taken out).  Can never tell me who the original creditor is just the "parent company". I've also called back several times, once they gave a name that was not mine (so stop calling me) and today they had the right name but the wrong address.  Said I have never received anything from them and I'm not paying anything until I get a verification of debt letter in the mail (in the process of cleaning up my credit and I know ALL of my baddies).  Lady said if I want to challenge anything I can do it in court and then hung up.  Don't want to block the call because if I don't answer it seems they call my family members, but sick of them calling me.

Got sane call and my parents got the sane call looking for me.

I've been getting these messages on my voicemail saying I have some complaints against me.  They are trying g to get a hold of me.  If they don't hear back from me, proceedings will go forward.  They provide a case #, but it is too short for a legal case. They don't even  say who they are.

Stating I owe a debt that will be prosecuted.

So sick of these scammers calling and trying to lie and scare people.  I don't owe anyone money, the last name they are calling me by I haven't been in over 15 years, they clearly have no idea that if there is a legal matter to take care of the courts do NOT harass you!

So tired of these scams. If my District Attorney wanted me they would let me know

They contacted my son and x-husband of 18 years divorced..How embarrassing. I called them back and the guy that answered said...oh sorry we got the wrong number~WHAT!! Crazy.

Received this call from the number shown below:
“This message is intended for Robin Danny I need to verify the condo address as well as a place of business address to move forward with the next procedure at this time _⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ like to take care of this matter outside of your county we may be contacting your human resources department to follow proper protocol to deliver your paperwork on the property again the client is willing to rectify this matter if they hear from you today their number is 888-431-2489 reference your case number 205490 noncompliance will result in an order for your parents this is our third account…”

The transcription is a bit off but you can understand the context of this call.
