I got it also. I called my bank to stop it. Everytime you call the number, it puts you on hold.

I also had an amount taken from my account. Just got off the phone to them and they  advised that if you take the 14 day trial and do not return the product they charge the outstanding amount due which is taking the pee somewhat as it doesn't tell you this on the website when you only have 3 mins to complete the order. Anyway I got a reference number and they will refund when I return which will be today

How long did it take for you to get someone to answer, I've tried several times and never got through?

I have called 3 days running, with an eternal hold music and no other response. Call times were EST in the am before 11am, mid afternoon, 3pm-ish and 8pm at night. I have held as long as 35 minutes with no live response.

Are you sure you talked to a real person on the phone.  I talked with an online person names Caroline & then Sydney, automated answers.

I just got off the phone with them and was given the bs of "we don't know why you are being charged". I gave her a cancellation number and they want a copy of my statement faxed to them. WHAT?!?!?!? I'm not sending you my personal account information. I'm calling the Massachuetts Attorney General.

I am having the same problem...I have cancelled it, but my account is being charged every month!!!!

I just called and got through after waiting a few mins, and was able to cancel the shippment. What happens is, when you order the 14 day trial, it also signs you up for the autoshipment every month which is $79.95... so if yo call and ask to be taken off record permenantley, they will do it for you.

I also was having problems until I called the number from the charge on the statement.  I spoke to a gentleman and he emailed the information I needed to return the items.  I also cancelled by debit since it took me awhile to get through and I wanted to make sure it would not continue charging me.  I took probably 20 minutes to get the confirmation email and cancellation number but I did receive it.  Whether it's legitimate or not, I'm not taking chances since they are not easy to get a hold of.
