This rude woman named Mila from Citifinancial keeps calling my place of work for an employee. Employees are not to receive personal phone calls on the job unless it is an emergency. I've told this woman twice she is not allowed to call the place of business anymore and she refuses and has even hung up on me. Once these kinds of people are told not to call, they are not supposed to call anymore. Get the hint people. I'm not going to give this employee the message so you might as well save your breath.

I lost my job and reported to Citi Financial that I would pay my payment on April 22.  They still keep calling even though the notes are in the computer.  They even sent me a text message to call 888-433-5108.  Come on people I told you I was going to be late.  Lots of the companies are paying the car notes for the people that have lost their job.  I asked Citi Financial for help and their is none.

888 433 5108 belongs to a central collection group who operates both for CitiFinancial Auto and the old Transouth/Arcadia finance Companies. If your payment is more than 30 days late with any of these, expect these calls everyday from 8AM to 9PM MULTIPLE times daily. ***NOTE*** FTC rules state they can only call in these given hours HOWEVER if you live outside the Eastern Time Zone and they call between 8 AM and 9 AM Eastern , they are calling you illegally......REPORT THEM TO FTC.

First she called my cell phone....then she calls the landline.  I don't have any dealings with this company so I hope they do not call me again.  She told me that I did not have to talk loud on the phone then had the nerve to hang up on me.  She better not call again!

Someone came to my house and left a suspicious envelope on my doorstep addressed to my husbands grandmother.  No letterhead, Just a few typed lines of info including this phone number.  I do not have an account with these people.  Pretty sure his 85 year old grandmother does not as well.  She can't even drive nor does she have a car.  When called they asked for social security number or said they couldn't help.  Sounds like a scam to me.

I received a voice mail message at my home on Monday, July 19th from a Mr. Goldman at 6:10 p.m.  He left a message for me to call him at 888-433-5108 - did not identify his company or the purpose of his call.
I don't call anyone back unless I know I have legitimate business with them.  Also, if I do have legitimate business with them, they can send it in writing.

Citi Auto--Marie, called me. She never once identified who she was, but I know that is probably citi auto based on the other replies here. She repeated herself 3 times, sernly the exact same message, this is Marie, call me in the office as soon as you get this message, then the #, then repeat, then repeat again. First off I don't deal well with angry collection calls. Be nice. :)  Second, what a moron. Identify where you are calling from, or I will never call back.
