"Technician" called and said our electric was being turned off and to call this 888 number to find out why.  I called the number and they had the same automated answering recording as our electric supplier, Penelec.  They insisted our power was to be turned off even though I had paid the bill.  I hung up and dialed the Penelec number from the Yellow pages.  They stated my account was paid and there were no disconnect orders.  Called the number back today and it was another company automated message.  BEWARE.
