Said my account number that this John Richmond gave me was active with $2.5 million dollars with nothing pending, but when I tried to get customer service to give me more information, it always goes to voice mail. These people have been calling since last Friday telling me I had won all this money, but want money from me Efor all kind of reasons. A goverment stamp, special delivery from Fed Ex, insurance on the money, etc. Boy, is this a HUGH SCAM with lots of people involved. Not to be trusted.

I got a very similar deal going. These guys told me I won 1.5 million dollars and want to meet me at my house after I send then a 1% tax on this money, this guy will not leave me alone and is feeding me [***]. Apparently you could go public with this and have the media interview you. I want this money, but don't want to go through this, it seems like a scam.

These are very persistent scammers. I have been called several times and have told them I will not be sending any money.  They keep calling me back. This last time they gave me a phone a number to call 888-433-9697 with an acct number to an automated system which verified the $2.5M in a Bank of America acct.  Sounds legit but I can't actually speak with a person.  Just goes to voicemail.  Caller ID number is different from his call back number.  Caller has a heavy African accent and the connection is poor, static on the line.  Very hard to understand.

You want the money!?!? Stevie Wonder could see that it's a scam. Wow - It's hard to believe that people even consider communicating with these con artists. DO NOT TALK TO THEM!
