I received a voicemail from this number directly, the phone didn't actually ring.   The message indicated that I had a vehicle warranty that was about to expire, and let a number for me to call to extend it.  At no point in the message did the caller identify which company he represented, only refering to his location as "the office".  The caller also never mentioned anything about the make or model of my vehicle, only referring to it as "your vehicle".

I strongly suspect this is spam or a phishing attempt.

I received the same voicemail message today.  No make, model, or year of my vehicle was provided.  The caller identified himself as Chris.  It is pretty obvious that it is a scam.

Never heard the ring, but I got a transcript message stating my vehicle warranty is about to expire (yeah, crook)...

These scam artists will say they can sell you a 3 or 4 year extended warranty for "dirt cheap" and sadly their are gullible people who believe they can buy a 4 year warranty for their car "that covers anything that could possibly go wrong with your car" for $99. The gullible person then presents their credit card number and security code to this "call out of the blue" from a company without a name, and within minutes, the gullible person's credit card is cloned and sold to the highest bidder on the "dark internet."

I got a direct voicemail as well however the message was blank. I have been getting various "car warranty" spam calls recently. Must be a new thing. There's no way I would fall for any of it if this is how they drum up business. Beware!

    Nevermind my name
Yes - these people call me all the time.  Here is the deal lol...You pay them $300.00 up front then $100 a month for like EVER and then there is still a $100.00 deductible and they cover older model cars for only certain things.  Great deal right? They are crazy and it's high pressure sales.  I feel bad for the poor sales people but geeez!
They cover all makes and model cars.  I told the lady I definitely wasn't interested and then could not get her off the phone so I ended up hanging up on her.  Yeah phone doesn't ring but they somehow figured out how to leave you their message.  BLOCK THEM!

This was the message they left, but it took them awhile to actually leave their message. It sounded like it was a voicemail themselves. "Hi this is Aaron in the service department at FSA we sent you several urgent vehicle repair notices that your warranty was expiring it doesn't look like you got back to us it's very important you call me back regarding your vehicle you can reach me or another representative at 888-434-0198 again that number is toll-free 888-434-0198 I look forward to speaking with you about protecting your need vehicle repairs in the future."
I know there's nothing to worry about with my car. Avoid this, I'll be blocking their number.
