- Concerned inOH| 1 replyReceived a call/voicemail from someone identifying himself as Frank Morales, PI with the Support Service Dept of Cumberland County (there is no Cumberland Co. in Ohio), claiming to be looking for an ex family member who has a court summons from November 5, 2015 (It's 12/1/15). Goes on to state 2 forms of ID will be needed and that if I wish to delay or reschedule the summons, to call 888-445-2843 and reference a listed docket number. Both of my parents and my sister in law have also received the same call and voicemail, but not on the same day as me. Strange.
- Caller: Frank Morales, Private Investigator working in conjunction with Cumberland Co.

- JustinCase replies to MarkI trust in good faith that you'll stick around to be served with it. Obviously the callers are ignorant enough to believe threats such forewarning arrests and summons will keep people from taking off. Funny how it's only the invisible police who appear.
- Oregon ResidentMy friend and relatives got a phone call from "Investigator Green" yesterday, all with a script something like this:
"This is Dispute Resolution Services trying to get ahold of (my name) in regards to on outstanding debt. He needs to call us back, as we will attempt to serve him in person at his work or residence. We will be bringing a uniformed officer with us. If we are unable to serve the papers, we will fine him the cost of delivery. Call us back, and make arrangements if needed; but we will report it back to the filing party... etc. You've now been legally served."
The voice was very English fluent, and crisp and clear - and had an official tone. After doing some digging, I found this (website here) post. I called them this morning, and the lady answering the phone "Debra Green" asked me to confirm my Social Security Number. I told them that I would not be giving them information, because they sounded like a scam. In short order, the lady was polite and professional, keeping up the pretend legitimacy. She also read my my drivers license number over the phone - yet said she couldn't give out any other information "for my protection". When I asked her the COUNTY of origin for the debt (because this would involve the county court) - she gave me the CITY name. Duh. She also told me the first and last number of my SSN. She also gave this information for an address:
793 Center St. Ste 315
Lewiston, NY
I looked it up - it's a UPS Store - http://www.bing.com/search?q=793+center+st+le ... conversationid=
...and the "Suite" number is simply a mailbox. I called the UPS store, and he said the name on the box was DIFFERENT than the one they told us, also.
I called back today to ruffle feathers, and another guy - Karl - answered the phone. He said he wasn't in the same office as the secretary (?); and didn't have the building number (at first). He also listed the suite number as: 315. Karl refused to give me his last name and asked "are you going to report me?"....
At NO time in all the calls from them to my friend, family, or me did they issue the standard scripting "This is an attempt to collect a debt, etc" to They promised a letter to provide credibility to their process - which arrived like this, in WORD form (not court filing papers, or anything super official): (via email - from disputeresolutionservice@gmail.com "Kadence Harris"
The letterhead had this contact info: 793 Center St Suite 179 ; Lewiston NY 14092 ; Fax: 716-371-2439 ;Phone: 888-445-2843

Also - this debt IS VALID. However, it's NOT on my credit report.
Summary - these guys have enough personal information (think Identity Theft) to work a scam - even to the point of actual debts that are owed. However, they are NOT legit - they ARE A SCAM.
I'm not giving these guys the time of day - and you shouldn't either.- Caller: Dispute Resolution Services
