This number called my mother, claimed that I used her number "in the past year" as my contact information.  I have not used that number in many years, so I suspect this is a scam.  Unfortunately, I can find no information on this number online.

Its from NCO Collections - A Bill Collector and a quite unscrupulous one at that! They tried to collect money already paid to a hospital in Pittsburgh. they are dirtbags!

Yes it is NCO Financials - a bill collecing company. they are all liars and they cheat at everything. They tried to get thousands out of me that had already been paid by my medical insurance company. They would not leave me alone until I called the FTC. They damaged my credit as a revenge tactic. They are scum.
