Called my work number claiming to have myself or my lawyer contact them. CRA does not work this way. Number seems to come from US.

I just got a call from Craig williams, called back and Mike Williams answered and hung up on me.  Allen back and got Dave williams....

CRA SCAM!!!

I just got the same call from the same person right now ... is this a fake? I'm freaking out by told me to call back or all they can do is hope for Me... I'm just a 19 year old livinliving on my.own so I'm scared.  I dont gdr call time in the day.

I got a call from this number, claimed I was in a "time-sensitive situation" and needed to call them back or all they could do is hope for me if I also did not have my attorney call them. There is no reason why I would have a "situation" at all, I'm just a 21 year old student, I don't have an attorney. It's messed up if this is a scam and it freaks me out that they have my number somehow. I have no intention of returning this call, I ignored in the first place because it was an unknown long distance 888 sketchy number and I never answer those kind of calls. I have bad vibes from this and my instincts tell me to block the number and I'd suggest the same to everyone else.

I have just gotten a voicemail from this same number. I called back and I refused to give my name until they told me what it was for. They hung up the second I asked questions.

Same voicemail about 1hr ago, asked for Craig Williams, he was busy, they asked me my name I said you tell me you called me. He hung up. Called a second time and Craig was still busy, I asked why his name wasn't in the directory so I could leave a message and asked to be put through to his extension and I was told no extensions were set up yet?? I was like and you're the CRA and I yelled scammer in the phone. It's a scam don't worry about it, let's hope the vulnerable don't fall for it.

Yes I got exactly the same message from officer Greg Williams , 1 888 445 4904 time sensitive situation...had accent ..it must be scam these people have nothing else better to do ? I calley and nobody answer just answering machine it is clearly scam...

Got a voice message at work from this number...the guy mumbled the number...said to call...something about if I didn't call and take care of it I would be on my own,Weird ! then he repeats the number
