This is the number that was posted on my credit card with a charge for $96. After I received a free sample of Acai pills, they sent me a 30-day supply for $96.  I returned the product for a full refund and they credited my account for $62.04.  The number is always busy.

I am learning my lesson on what not to do!  I have been calling this number back all day and they say all circuits are busy.  I have not been charged for the new shipment and want to cancel before they try to send it to me.  I have already closed my paypal account and opened another number so that they can't charge me.  Thanks for comments from others to alert on this scam.

I have been dealing with this company since January 7,2009 when I looked at there web page and started to buy there prouduct BUT changed my mind when I read some of the fine print ant botton of page ;I took out all info that I had entered and closed paged down but to my suprise they were sending me emial that I had just bought there Acaiberry Ultimate with out me hitting the submit botton and with me taking out all info . With there emails I have been calling them at this number to stop these orders but it has done no good because no one will anser the phone . I have called many times to get this stright but has done no good . How can you beat a company riping you off when another copany is letting them get by with this by running there advertizing all over the enternet and no one cares . I dont know how you are can stop a ripe Off like this one . the no is 1-888-445-7469 but you will not get any help .

She is right about this company and why cant someone pull them off the iINTERNET because they are causing alot of problems . I have dealt with them too ; I know they have been listed for more than over 100 complaints at another web site for taking peoples money and no one has any way to get a hold of them . I have been calling them on and off all day .

You should contact paypal or credit card company and close out your account immediately.

You will continue to get monthly packages and charges. I cancelled my credit card and the new card had new charges, but that was because the transaction took place if not the same day of the cancellation it was on the previous card transactions.

Not only did I receive charges for the Acai berry that is not endorsed by Rachel Ray nor Oprah, but also the colon cleanse tablets. The Better Business Bureau has on their website dated 2/9/09 of this scam.

When I received a second package, I called the 800 # on the invoice to cancel my stuff and they indicated that I could not cancel even though the invoice indicated that I could cancel at any time. The guy on the other end, which was overseas and my company will probably get charged for the call when it is a 800 #, said I could not cancel. I said you've got another thing going and hung up!

I wonder if the people that have blogs saying try this are getting a cut from posting the free trials on their site!!! Or if they are ending up paying like the rest of us.

I have tried to call this number and get a message that "All circuits
are busy Altel 145b"  I am in the process of checking out this code with the phone company.  However, when I called 411-info, she check and could not a listing for this company.  I did not order anything from them and
still got a charge of $5.95.  I am disputing this on my credit card.
Someone needs to do something about these companies scamming on the internet!!!!!
