I got scammed just like you.  I just noticed that I have been charged $9.95 for the months of November and December for Kavi Golf Tour.  I questioned this my credit card company who gave me a phone number to call 866 880 9051.  I called and asked who they are and what I am getting charged for.  They told me it for discounted golf fees and hotels throughout the country.  I told them I never signed up for that and that it was of no use to me.  They asked if I had purchased a $3.95 Medicus video which I had.  They said by doing this and not checking off at the bottom of the page that I did not want this I would be charged for something where I was not issued a membership card or have received any information regarding what golf courses or hotels I could receive such a discount.  The man I spoke with said he would cancel my so called membership and credit me with my most recent charge which has yet to take place.  I will call my credit card company in the morning and make them aware of this posting and need be take this matter up with the Attorney General.

I like others who have posted was also scammed by KAVI and did not notice that 2 payements each month of $20.17 (that's $4034) ech month has been coming out of my Visa account.  What a scam.   I called and was told it would be cancelled - I will call VISA and let them know,

I got this same charge for Jan and Feb of this year and after a great deal of pushing and talking to different supv's got them to refund both charges.   Went thru this same thing with them last Oct and it got refunded but now started again.   It is a scam.  I will cancel my card and hopefully that will fix it.

I have been getting 9.95 taken out of my account also.  This is the second month.  I bought that Medicus as a Christmas present.

My bank said that they could do nothing about this. I asked if they would give money away to anyone that presented themselves to a teller and asked for money out of my account. I got no answer.

These people are out and out thieves! Why have they been allowed to continue operation? Where is the so called law? Looks like they are only interested in things that will bring the so called law enforcement some revenue!

I Also have had the following 2 unauthorized transactions an a Visa card after buying there Vision track product 2 months ago.

Do not buy anything from Medicus after submitting credit card payment there was then multiple pages trying to get you to upgrade your purchase and "free" additional item which i didn't accept.

Obviously they don't want a repeat customer or any word of mouth referral........ please for your own benefit do not buy any thing from Medicus.

And how do you know you are buying from Medicus?   I did not buy the other offers, hopefully I won't be receiving more of these charges.

I got ripped off by this company for $59.70. Off the top of my card. Mycard companys is dealing with this now.

I trurned from a week end get away and next day i went to check card bal. as I didnt use it on weekend and two charges on it one from Kavi Kavi copie vista for $39.95 and another one for $9.95 I never heard of either place.I couldnt get a hold of anyone to find out who they were or what was bought. i called my card and charges were pending so they stopping it to put back on card but going to take a little close to 2 weeks just to get my own money back. why cant these places be stopped oh ya the second one was from RMC Copied but both out of Vista, Ca. so I know I am putting these on my Face book and hope people spread the woed these  people are scam artist they are committing theft of money all I have is Social Security income and not much for disabled senior citizen and people are stealing what money I have for rent nd food. Someone out there find a way to help us or stop these scam artist. no one called me to order anything i want to know how they got my info. now I have to change my card etc. Karma will get you people and God sure dont like ugly. how can some of you work for a company like this?    SO EVERYONE WHO CAN SEE THIS BEWARE OF COMPANYS CALLED KAVI KAVI COPIE VISTA, CA. kavi copie vista ca has charge an unauthorized amount on my debit account of $29.74  what do i do?

i bought a medicus club several yyears ago as well, and I purchased what I thought was a one time chiping drill through RMC golf video. But I kept getting continuous charges from RMC golf video and Kavi tour golf. I called their number and they said I signed up for an annual membership of which must have been hidden in the fine print. I cancelled, but not after having been ripped off for at least 6 months from these companies.

Have a charge on my credit card for 19.90 from RMC Copied have no idea who that is or what the 19.90 is for. Need it off. Thanks carolynsutton61@yahoo.com

Count your blessings, fellows, as I was being billed $19.95 each per month by RMC Wing Clinic and Kavi Tour Golf.  I called the RMC number and spoke with an agent who claimed I signed up for the internet service.  I had not, but they went ahead and charged my Visa account anyway.  I noticed the first charge when it occurred but I let it slip my mind and never pursued it.  Shame on me.  The Medicus rep says she'll delete the most recent two charges which would save me $40.  We'll see.  Next,  I'll do as others have done and call my CC company to see if a block can be put on the three names involved (the legit original charge was made by Purestrike).  I really am ticked off, a I assumed Medicus was a legitimate company.  Live and learn.

I had not ordered anything from KAVI, but they billed me $9.95 in September.   I had ordered a cheap item from Medicus over a year ago, so there may be a connection.  I had not heard of KAVI, Golf Essentials, or RMC, all mentioned in this blog.  I'll block these merchants from my credit card and try to get a refund, thanks to this blog.

A couple of months ago I ordered online a "SAMPLE" of an herbal medicine for my wife at a cost of about 5 dollars.
A few weeks later I got a package of 7 bottles of pills as a three month supply.  OK,  she began to take the meds as prescribed until she discovered that at least one of the bottles had an  expired date on it.  A month later I found a charge of 87 dollars on my debit card account.  since she had started on the meds,  I let it ride, thinking that if they were effective the charge wouldn't be that bad.  Then I got new charges on my account for 9.95 for some kind of club membership.
That's enonugh !  Today I called the 888-447 1881 number which is in California and got routed to Tempe Arizona where the medicine was sent from. I am sending back the meds,( lacking a few days worth) and have been promised a refund and to have my name removed from their books.  We'll see how that works out !,  

So you bought some chemical that you ingested from a complete stranger and you have no real idea what's in it. Now you want these crooks to give your money back? Good luck with that sucker.

I have had for over 2-years charges on my debit card from a Medicus purchase. I have cancelled the card Four (4) Times. Just found out that the Bank has a Merchants Agreement with people for montly charges.
The bank gave me the above number and i just cancelled and received a confirmation #. This was for both Kavi & RMC.
