Texting me in regards to an open investigation they have on me and want to verify my location, the heck they will. My record is free and clear this is a spam call.

They said the same thing same company Lsi . i tracked  the number it comes from the city of Mexico I think it's a scam

Got a text from this number about an open investigation and they wanted to verify my location. That's a big no for me. Official business like that is never done over text. Not that I've ever heard of.

left a vm about compliance. called from 240# and left threat of escalation.

Texted stating , “ This is a message from LSI regarding an open investigation pertaining to me, full name, to verify location . Please contact the issuer at 888-451-3785  and reference case file ,case #, to prevent further escalation.”

I called & SHE told ME the last 4 of my social. Said I needed to pay $700  for a previous debt that accumulated interest. The bank was going to sue me and go after my assets if I didn’t pay today. First girl was named “Veronica Anderson” & second girl was named Emma

Recvd same call  From 224-212-9418. Left voice mail, wanting me to verify location information, gave a reference number stating it is time sensitive  time sensitive

My daughter got a call from this number looking for me, they called me also and needed me to call this number asap to set up a time for them to come by my house and deliver documents to me but they needed my address....hell no, they aren't getting anything from me! It's a scam for sure!

Got a text from them today with same exact message as everyone else:
“ This is a message from LSI regarding an open investigation pertaining to me, full name, to verify location . Please contact the issuer at 888-451-3785  and reference case file ,case #, to prevent further escalation.”
I called and wanted more information and they quickly got defensive.  I called 3 times and spoke with 3 different people and I asked them all the same questions and they gave different responses, so definitely seems fishy.  Last lady I spoke to had a bad attitude and when she wouldn't provide me with basic information, I let her know that if this was a legitimate "civil matter", they should have the information to send something by mail and that I will contact the FTC - boy did her attitude get nasty and she raised her voice at me and hung up lol unless I receive something by mail, I refuse to give any information by phone.  Some debt collectors lie with information to scare you into giving them something and I don't trust that!

They said they're a company called LSI, but when I asked multiple times for contact info they quickly said Westward.  I wanted to also put the number

My husband got a text from a company wanting his location. They then called me after trying to reach him and they said it was a civil matter and he needed to call them back ASAP. I asked them what it was regarding and they said it was confidential and that it was a civil matter. They proceeded to give me a case # & the 888-451-3785 number. Once I got home, I called the number myself and I asked the rep what was the name of the company, she said Westward. I said what type of business is this? She said it was a litigation firm. She asked for my case number. I asked where are they located, she said out of Riverside, CA. She asked again what my case number was. I asked what is their address? She hung up.....SCAM for sure!!!!

Got a text saying same thing so I called and they said I owed them 1600 for a debt I had with a bank in ax and I kno I didn’t owe them 1600 dollars

I received a call from 602-362-7028 stating the following:  "I'm so and so (couldn't understand the name) calling on behalf of LSI regarding a pending complaint against you.  if you are unaware or have any questions or concerns about this complaint, please contact the issuing agent at 888 451 3785 and reference case #34900192.  This is an urgent message that requires your immediate attention and failure to comply will result in further action being taken."  This was the voice message she left on my phone yesterday.

Then today 6/10 at 12:52 pm I got another call (voice mail again but different woman):  "I'm calling from LSI in order to verify location information regarding a file that has been placed with our office.  In order to complete the verification you will need to contact the issuing agent at 888 451 3785 and reference case #34900192.  This is a time sensitive matter and it is very important that they hear back from you as soon as possible."

These people are CRIMINALS!  The best way to deal with them is let it go to voicemail and don't talk to them.  If you happen to accidentally answer a call from them either hang up immediately or tell them to F"""K Off and hang up on them!  Don't let them bully you because they will try if you let them.

I've been getting the exact messages from this so called LSI. Texts, messages, and even my grown kids, and other siblings have received messages from them, claiming that it's a civil matter.

They have many tricks including using a switch board app that allows them to use different numbers. More importantly,  regardless of who it is, if its official business or that important you will either receive a letter, certified letter, or be served.

Block all of their calls and never talk to them. Otherwise, you # will be considered "live" and be sold to others within their niche.

They sent a text message referencing my son and needing his location to service documents and that it was a civil matter that they couldn't discuss with me. I asked how they got my info and they said under investigation, I was listed as a reference. 888-451-3785 was the number I called. They had my son's birth date and correct name.
