I want to know who the caller was,been contacting me many times

This caller keeps calling over and over was told by a friend it was a scamer

Called few minutes ago, obviously another scam caller.

This number keeps calling me several times per day

They call once per day and say nothing, then hang up.

I told this guy to quit calling and he said no. He will keep calling. What a dick move

I told him I was tired of scam calls. He tried to assure me that this was legitimate. Then he was rude and asked if I was interested in the "Grant" or not. I said not and he hung up..

Is there anything that can be done about these callers? I have no land line so how are they getting my numbers they are both cellphones and I am on state and federal do not call lists however the calls keep coming

Please note the IRS will NEVER CALL  demanding money.  That is NOT how the process works. IRS will send you a certified letter in the mail in which YOU must contact them with the provided phone number and pass code via certified letter. If you're unsure of this contact your tax preparation center to assist you.  This is a scam caller. Do not be threatened by the false accusation of imprisonment, that's their ploy to frighten you into doing what they say, hence taking your money, DO NOT GIVE CREDIT CARD OR BANKING INFORMATION

these scammers have a collective IQ of 20.

I don't answer numbers that are not Familar to me.

This  outfit  calls  2 - 3  times  a  day  this  last  time  it  was  a  foreigner  saying  she  was  with  Federal something  I told  her  if  your  outfit  is  going  to  run  a  Scam  at  least  use  people  that can  speak  decent  english

They told me they were with the US government,  just as I started my response, "[***]", thru hung up on me...scam scum...

they call me all of the time...I enjoy messing with them...they do not speak very good English. I often ask them for their home phone number so I can call them later. eventually they get mad and hang up on me

Receive at least 4-5 calls per day from this number, the majority while I'm at work and of course never a voicemail left.  Again this evening called and when I answer nothing but dead air.  This, is now becoming harassment.  Is there any way to stop these calls?

I did not answer.  However I did call it back in hopes of hearing the name of facility and received a message that stated "i have reached a number that is not in my calling area" mind you I live in the USA and I'm pretty sure that all cellphones now have calls that can be made anywhere within the USA.  Phone numbers that are international require a much more in depth plan.  you cannot add the call to your block list via phone because they will simply use a different number to reach you.  Iphone users will see that the number is a scam because it will say so.  Anything Government related will communicate with you via correspondence.  Please be careful not to provide any of your personal information to any of these callers and if you are unsure you can always obtain the callers name and badge number and contact your local government facility on your own to verify the employee.  All Government employees have an ID #.

Called twice this morning to my cell, picked up without looking the second time.  Idiot did not speak English and just stuttered a bit and hung up.
