They dude said I owed money for "owner's fees".  It was not a recording

Pleasantly identifies himself as "Daniel from Owner's Services". He has called and left messages multiple times in the past 2 months. Message has gradually changed from: "need to pay owner's fees" to "please call back to arrange payment" to "this is not a demand for payment or threat, but we need to talk".  I have now blocked the number (1-888-461-6812) that I was asked to call, and also the number shown on my caller ID (1-443-483-1672).

The first part of the message was cut off but it was a male voice, not a recording, and said “this is not an attempt to collect a debt, but we do need to speak with you.” And provided the toll free number, which was different than the number he called from which was 562-625-0133. Popped up as Scam Likely on the caller ID.

I'm sure it was a recording otherwise you would have heard the whole message.

Got call from Daniel message like K.  Calling number from 909-589-5734

First part of message was cut off but it was the same spiel.  “This is not a debt…” blah blah blah

Left multiple messages. Called then and was asked for full name and number/contact info. I said I first wanted to know what company they were calling from and what it was regarding and they hung up on me. So I called back, asked again, and they said they wanted to invite me to an "ownwer's update" I asked for ownwership where? and they hung up on me again.

Also received a call with voice from Daniel claiming to be from Owner's Services re: maintenance fees -- said this is not an attempt to collect a debt, but we do need to speak with you.  Yeah, right?! hahaha. Other caller ID number is 859-354-0434

Get multiple calls, saying it’s not to collect debt but they need to talk to me about fees?

Received a call from 832-862-4923.  The person left a voicemail claiming to be from "owner services" calling about "maintenance fees."  I don't own anything that requires me to pay a maintenance fee.  Below is the transcript of the voicemail.

Hello. Again, this is Daniel calling from owner Services. You need to speak with you in regards to your maintenance fees. Please give us a call back as soon as you can that's going to be 1888-461-6812 this is not an attempt to collect a debt, but we do need to speak with you. Again that toll free number is going to be 1888-461-6812. Talk to you soon. Thanks.
