Appointment setting call claiming to be time share update meeting, then calls from other local spoofed numbers trying to make sure going to "the update meeting". Calling the 888 number back links to a robot call asking can you hear them ,what age group your in and do you want to go over medi/care/aid/advantage plans....very sketchy...  dont know what they're ultimately up to but their calling numbers on the DONOTCALL list with the excuse of timeshare owners is suspect. Calls maybe tied to Options Travel Group which attempts to arrange surrender of timeshare in exchange for overpriced travel deals.
