It's UCB. They do student loan collections.

They are contracted from the student loan you originally got the loan from in the first place..and hands it over to these idiots if one payment is late  if you lost your job....etc.

They called, the man said his name was Willard, and that he was reminding me that "it was my turn" to do some vague thing...while I do want to pay the bill they are calling about, lies are not going to get me to pay them faster...

I want to call and report this guy, which i was hoping to just send his supervisor a letter about how nasty and rude he was to me on the phone. I am so irritated with this guy. I called him in the first place to start paying and now all he does is literally harass me.

they are calling my parents house and not calling me I would like if they wouldnt call my parents home anymore

This number is constantly calling my 12 year old daughters cell phone leaving messages for some person we've never heard of.  If you call this number back will they actually remove the number from their call list or just ignore you?

I believe they will. I just called and asked them to remove my number. They were not nice about it but said they would remove the number. Time will tell....

They keep calling for someone that doesn't live here, never has. Can't get through to a rep to ask them to quit calling.....

I don't have any student loans, but the message had my name and a reference number, why else would they be calling?

I just got a call from these idiots, first of all they had my name all wrong and secondly I've never had any loans of any kind...not even a car loan!  I spoke with some guy named Justin who stated that I owed some school that I never heard of money...it sounds like a scam...I gave him a few choice words and hung up on him!

Leaves messages about collections I don't owe anyone and I am on do not call list!!
